2018 Coach's Call Back - Each year, the presenter receiving the most positive feedback will be invited to return the following year for a Coach's Call Back - a repeat of their session from the previous year.  Coach Infante will be repeating his 2017 Philadelphia Coaches Conference presentation for this year's attendees.

The basic premise of  this session is that coaches influence their athletes to a far greater degree than often realized. Coach Sexton will offer testimony based on his own experience of over fifty years as the head cross country coach at Cheltenham High School combined with the results of a survey he conducted with current and former athletes. He will  explain some of the reasons why coaches make such a deep and lasting impression. He will discuss characteristics of impact coaches.
